To provide the highest quality, personalized care, I choose not to contract with insurance companies. This allows me to spend more time with each patient, focus on root causes rather than symptom management, and offer treatments that may not be covered by traditional plans. By removing insurance restrictions, we can work together to create a care plan that truly supports your long-term health and wellness goals.

Blood work is required for most of our services and helps us provide safe, personalized, and effective care. The specific labs needed will depend on the service you are receiving—whether it’s hormone optimization, weight loss, or general wellness support.
Patients are welcome to use their insurance for lab testing through standard lab providers. We will provide a detailed lab order that can be submitted to the lab of your choice.

At The Wellness Lab, we believe that more frequent follow-ups and close communication lead to better outcomes. Regular check-ins help us fine-tune your care, track progress, and adjust your plan as needed. The exact frequency will depend on the service you're receiving, but our goal is to support you closely every step of the way.

At The Wellness Lab, patient safety is our top priority. We use evidence-based protocols and only prescribe medications and therapies that are well-researched and clinically supported. Many of our treatments—including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), GLP-1 medications for weight loss, and select peptides—are FDA-approved. In some cases, we may use compounded or off-label medications when appropriate, which are prescribed based on clinical expertise and tailored to your individual needs.
All treatments are monitored closely with lab work and regular follow-ups to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Every patient is unique, and results will vary depending on your current health, goals, and the specific treatment plan. While many patients start noticing improvements within the first few weeks, meaningful, long-term results take time—and that’s by design.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): Some individuals feel better sleep, improved mood, and more stable energy within 4–6 weeks. However, hormonal balance is a gradual process, and full therapeutic effects may take 3–6 months as we fine-tune your dosing and monitor your labs.
Weight Loss Treatments: Medications like GLP-1s (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) often curb appetite and reduce cravings within the first 2–4 weeks. While some weight loss may occur early, sustainable fat loss and metabolic improvements typically take several months, especially when paired with nutritional guidance, exercise, and lifestyle support.
Peptide Therapy: Peptides work subtly and gradually to improve functions such as sleep, recovery, cognition, and body composition. Noticeable effects often emerge around the 6–12 week mark, with cumulative benefits over time.
