Patients are welcome to use their insurance for lab testing through standard lab providers. We will provide a detailed lab order that can be submitted to the lab of your choice.

 • Weight Loss Treatments: Medications like GLP-1s (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) often curb appetite and reduce cravings within the first 2–4 weeks. While some weight loss may occur early, sustainable fat loss and metabolic improvements typically take several months, especially when paired with nutritional guidance, exercise, and lifestyle support.
 • Peptide Therapy: Peptides work subtly and gradually to improve functions such as sleep, recovery, cognition, and body composition. Noticeable effects often emerge around the 6–12 week mark, with cumulative benefits over time.
